Amsyar 1st check-up

Last wednesday, we had a visit to the Klinik Kesihatan for Amsyar's 1mth jab :)
A lil bit late due to several circumstances but we made it.Yeay!!~

Had also post natal check up for me and some consultation with the practitioner.
Since takde siapa dirumah we tag along Iman as well. So the rombongan cik kiah this morning members were me, amsyar, zakiyya and also Iman.Seronok Iman berjalan2..tegur semua other kids yg sebaya dgn dia. Siap salam cium tgn lagi. He also attempted to kiss one sweet girl circa his age..cute sgt..hahhaaha~
Baik2 iman..marah mak budak pempuan tu nanti.

Ramai pulak org pg tu at the clinic..so the waiting time was quite long. Mujur Iman tak meragam.Alhamdulillah~

Everything was ok with me. Hb already normal. Urine clear. BP 120/80.
Just berat je still another 4kg to go to my already overweight pre-pregnancy weight..haha~

Amsyar was doing well too.
Born 3.1kg, now Amsyar is already 3.85kg (i tgk kat penimbang 3.9 dh..tp nurse tu tgk dgn ralat parallax..huhu~)
Panjang dh 54cm :)
Masa lahir br 50cm.cepat juga..tp ni pun unreliable reading jugak sb body baby kat masa lahir krengkot-krengkot..so 50cm is only the best estimation :)

Alhamdulillah..at least i know that Amsyar is getting enough milk.

So, after all the breastfeeding tips and terms given by the doctor esp for the coming Ramadhan, I asked several questions on contraception. Cegah kehamilan..because this time I'm really determined to have another one in at least 5yrs from now.Insyallah, if i have the chance la of course-jika umur still panjang, still sehat, and still di panjangkan jodoh with my beloved.Insyallah~

Ok this maybe not everyone's cup of tea..so you are welcome to continue blog hopping if this issue disturbs you (esp if you're reading with the office PC and may cause sudden blush..hahaha).
 
After few readings, I was interested with IUCD and asked for the docs opinion. She said that i could have it on as early as 42 days but to make all safe (in engineering terms we call this the safety factor...hehehe) she says that in my case, after 2 c-sects its better to have the device on after at least 3mths. Oho..

At first I was ok with that. Because i plan to have a strict NO-NO to intercourse (selamber badak je tulis kat sini) for 100days this time.Pantang. Kang 6mths kang kejam sgt pulak..naya kat laki den. tapi..me myself pun cannot trust myself..camno?Nama nya pun plan.haha~

Puan dokter tu mcm tahu tahu je apa yg aku pikir, terus sambung that in that 3mths duration (or until i'm ready), I should be on Noriday starting from the 6th week after giving birth. Just in case..(haha..tengok rekod kehamilan aku lerr tu~). Tp Noriday ni hanya berkesan if and only if I consume the pill religiously the same time everyday..and i breastfeed exclusively. So this is hard work.hmm.. Tp pill pun pill juga..i will make sure we use other methods as well. Yang kira2 waktu subur tu dh proven tak berkesan for us sebab I could declare we're subur all the time.and still young..ok cukuplah tu..
Point taken.

38th week check-up : Putrajaya Hospital

Salam.

Selamat hari khamis everybody.

Ok.Iman dah OK.Smlm dh discharged at 10am :)
Cerita keluar hospital masuk hospital ajelah skrg ni kan :P

So kita cerita hospital lagi.Time ni turn cerita mommy pulak :)
And on the final mth of pregnancy - mmg check-up akan jd every week.
So today's check-up was the first in Putrajaya Hospital.
Appointment dpt last week to come at 9am today. So there i was. 8.30 sharp.30mins before appointment.
And was surprisingly it was very short!! 1hr dh siap semua. Came at 8.30 - siap check-up 9.30-ish cmtu.
And yet, I'm not under FPP yer..

Last year..minimum waiting hours would be 2.5 hrs tau.

And I got everything la..detailed scanning.
Jumpa Dr Hamidah the specialist there.
And the payment? RM5. hehehe~

Congrats KKM for the improvement :) Thank you for the improvement! You definitely made my day.
No more long waiting hours as per last year. And yet, today is Thursday.
Where Tuesdays and Thursdays are normal O&G clinic days :)
Orang ramai tau.tp doctors pun ramai.
Baguslah tu.balance.


And for me :

Berat turun 1kg. Pelik juga. Hmm..maybe penat jaga Iman.
Baby dh 3.2kg. nmpak peha2 nya yg tembam tu.
BP- 130/80 tinggi sket.
Urine clear.

...kena admit hospital juga this monday kalau xbersalin lagi by weekend. OMG!!~

Sebab -
(i) baby dh besar and engaged.If tunggu another 2wks.Baby could reach 4kg. Yeke??
(ii) too lil spacing gap between baby 1 and 2.Hi risk for scar dehiscence <-- new word for me today!!
(iii) history of late onset PIH. wpn yg kali ni xde hi BP.

Most probably will undergo another LSCS. Hmm..
Tp sy redha dgn ketentuan tuhan.
Anything for my babies. As long as they are born healthy and strong.

Or should i seek for a second opinion?

Bleh je I opt for no-show on this Monday.

Tp what if dh week 41 tp baby xde langsung tanda2 nk kua.tup tup check heart beat dh xde.Nauzubillah. Menangis air mata darah skali pun time tu dh xguna kan?



Or another situation, contraction kuat sgt smp scar dehiscence tu berlaku kat umah. Or uterine rupture tu berlaku dlm kereta menuju ke hospital. Patut buka kat bwhm tp buka kat tempat belahan pertama plaks. Eh, bleh ke cmtu?

Ha cmno plak tu?Xdapek den nk bayangkan..mmg la percentage utk scar dehiscense ni 0.5% aje.but what if Im in the unlucky ones.huhu (--") ~

My clerk's wifey dh ikat pn still boleh conceive. She was one of the lucky ones in the 1% of conceiving possibilities bila dh ikat fallopian tube. Bila Allah kata kun fa ya kun apa pun bleh jadi. Tiada yg mustahil kan?



Hmm..in dilemma now. Dahlah monday ni birthday hubby and 28th ni our annivrsary..xdapek lah nk smbut meriah meriah. dlm hospital aje la jawapnyerr..

Memandai mandai je kan..? OK lah, sy akan serahkan pada yg pakar.
Ikutkan ajer.

And on the same time-pray bersalin before 21st (Monday) ni for a normal delivery.
Second option yg mudah. If only God wills.




Mudah-mudahan Allah permudahkan segala urusan ku.Permudahkan aku bersalin kan putera ku kali ini.

Final Check-list before Hospital :)

Jumaats are as always :: my favorite day of the week :)
And its raining today..alhamdulillah. i always love wet-rainy days.
Sejukk je rasa :)



Starting the day - we went to Hosp Putrajaya for Delivery pre-booking.
Everything went well as they have already my record as i was admitted twice here before, I have given an appointment for next week for check-up.Insyallah doc-if di izinkan tidak bersalin lagi.
Next week will be 38th week and surely I'm getting nervous every second now.Huhu~




So I'm now finalizing my check-list for the check-in in Putrajaya soon :: i hope so :)

 My Final check-list before going to the hospital

1. Baby's bag to hospital - done : diapers, his small newborn clothes, receiving blankie, barut, bantal and toiletries (travel set).

2. Mommy's bag - separa done : sweaters, kain batik, undergarments,socks,al-qur'an, foodies, charger and also sepersalinan to come back from hospital nanti :)
Need to buy :postnatal pad (first few days need the maternity pads sb lbh tebal), sabun mandi, berus gigi.
Must finalize this weekend!~

3. Pam susu -already serviced. tqvm hubby for servicing it yourself. Done.Jimat duit den :)

4. Tilam baby - Done.need to angkut to salak tinggi.

5. Bakul baby - kna beli.

6. Katil/crib baby -lum kemas takpe.this one stays at saujana putra.

7. Baby seat - lum basuh (wkend ni!)

8. Kelambu baby- lum  basuh-dlm bonet persona.ok - wkend task :)

9. Air selusuh - daddy tlg buat !!!Owh yang ni blum.


10. Himpunan ayat2 mudahkan bersalin..yg ni pun blum.


11. Bantal kecil utk mommy peluk in hospital klu rindukan Iman :)

12. Foodies for hospital stay : Milo 3 in 1, biscuits, oats 3-in-1.

13. Mug, plate, fork and spoon, tupperware kosong. Just in case :)

Setakat ni tu jelah kot.. hmm.apa lagi ek yg perlu?Mmm..
Letih nak fikir..but i need to be organized! NAnti menyusahkan org lain bila dh xlarat~


I hope Iman will be ok when Mommy's not around as i noticed him being extra clingy these days.
And now he knows to say "maseh" when i give him something-either his milk, or a biscuit or a piece of cake or a toy. Sama2 kaseh Iman :) Big boy mommy dh dia..iman budak baik kan? I bring you back a playmate soon! :)


Still cannot say "mommy" tho. He calls me mamama everytime.


Last two nites, watching football (klate vs Myanmar team)-hubby was just teasing me.
Hubby : Iman, cepat sebut Ghaddar? (Ghaddar=player import klate)
Iman : Ghaddar!!
Hubby : Ghaddar?(halfly menyorak)
Iman : Ghaddar!!

My plan is just to be in mom's house for confinement. Better to be in my own family's house for the comfort and the warmth i need :) Iman pun dh biasa tido dgn geyma dh..so no prob with that. and the school holidays are coming soon. So big yeay!! Aliyya & Ali will be around. Husein is staying at mom's all these time pun. Zaynab also will be around as her hubby will be going back to Mekah for his brother's wedding this June whilst her MA classes are still on. Zakiyya also will be coming back from Egypt for her summer holidays. So, i have plenty of help at home. Yeay! Good thing for me :)


I bet my mom will be the happiest as everyone's home including the apple of her eyes : Iman :)
Well, not for long Iman- soon you'll have a cuter competitor. 
Newborns are always adorably cute!!~

Week 36 check-up ;)

Selamat hari Jumaat :)
Mode : Happy today as the baby check-up this morning went all well :)
Alhamdulillah.

Lil bro inside is now 2.487kg and heartbeat is 160.
Head's down but still not engaged.

So far so good :)


Mommy? Urine-clear. BP-120/80
Weight-unchanged from last two weeks, a good thing so no need for air gula test what so ever :)
(wow..as i had been eating all those foodies everyday I think!~)

So everything's looking fine. As of now. So another 4wks to-go..insyallah.
The doctor is also always positive which makes every check-up something fun, though waiting time at the clinic is near to 2hrs. I have a good lesson learned experienced from Iman's time :)
Wish Hosp Putrajaya Labour Room is vacant on my delivery day.

So just a quick lunchtime update for today.
Just for my own record :)



** May is already here. I always love May. Always.Hopefully lil bro will pop out this 21st as a birthday gift to dearest hubby :)

Check-up and Thursday's story.

Salam Jumaat everyone!!~
Just a short update today.

I love Fridays..sb Fridays are always short.
Sedar2 dh 5.30pm.bleh balik..yeay!!~

And Friday nights are usually full of pengisian, we try the best to reach home early, at least have a fine though simple home-cooked dinner,baca Yassin berjemaah, watch 'Semanis Kurma' with family, so the next day..everything is much much better.
Rasa lbh tenang.
At least for me :)

Yesterday evening was also our 8th month check-up.
Risau juga at 1st as I went late afternoon around 4.15pm after a hectic day in the office.
Baju pun kotor pas bersila tukar connector harness 8biji utk project baru..huhu~

So far baby's doing fine.Alhamdulillah.
Head down, placenta in place.Heart beat- active.
Bleh nampak peha dh tembun mcm Iman dulu...huhu~

Mommy je naik 3kgs in 1mth.OMG!~
Ok.Need to control a lil bit.
Urine clear, BP 124/78-yeay!!~

So far, everything's looking fine..another 8wks to go.Insyallah :) 

Happy mode je blk dr klinik smlm. agaknya sb tu lah juga terbawak2 ke mlm then pg ni..hehehe :)

7th Months Check-Up Update :)

A bit busy today..2days on EL..huh (--")
But whilst the data is loading. Let's do some sharing. Just for my own documentation as well bila esok lusa kot2 nak tgk semula :)

To start with...I'm already in 28wks! which is equivalent to 7mths!
Another 12wks to go!~ OMG..how time flies!~

Weight - added 1kg

Urine-clear :)

Baby's weight already 1kg++ :)

Baby's head already downwards position.Patut la dh payah nak jalan

Amniotic Fluid cukup.

Uri atas.Normal position.

Seemingly good at 28wks :)

Good thing-no need for sugar laden drinking MGTT tests!~

And by trend-no PIH :)

Last pregnancy, I was induced for the cause PIH (pregnancy induced hypertension).
Blame the projects, stress and unhealthy eating style. Yes, that time i ate whatever i feel i want to and stay back as late as 8pm in the office finishing work. Gila kan?

But that was then.
What i've learn is that Pregnancy is actually the time to take time off for you and your body.
More me time.
Work can wait.If you resign,they'll find a replacement in no time.
Body and biology clock cannot wait.huhu~
Period.

** My doctor asked if I'm interested for 3D/4D detailed scanning which will cost me RM160 and will last for 30mins for the whole process.Need to be fast as the clock is ticking and after 8mths..there would be not much left to see as everything is already crowded.

Baby Check-up Updates

Assalam wbt.Quick updates!~
Yesterday was our 6th monthly check-up in the our favorite clinic with our favorite doctor :)

We arrived at 4.30 and alhamdulillah the clinic was nearly empty.
So waiting would'nt be an issue as this lady doctor is a favorite of many. Kalau pagi Isnin, klu dtg 9am, mmg dpt angka giliran ke 30 and above la..dh mcm goverment clinic dh..(--")

Everything went on well, the results for blood Hb pun OK. 13.8.
Quite high for a pregnant lady kata doctor.Alhamdulillah.
Berat naik 1.5kg in 4wks-OK, urine OK.

The best part is that my BP was quite low.
1st reading - 121/68
2nd reading 118/65. Almost perfect. Alhamdulillah!~

BP was quite an issue during my 1st pregnancy, so this time mmg kna hati2..and ngelat sket masa nk check-up, which dgn xamek langsung daging/sotong/udang 3-4days before check.hehehehe.So, if part nak amik BP mmg jd super-duper conscious sket.Tambahan pula, check-up di lewat petang..after a full day at work -->bertambahlah risaunyerr..

Ok-kita scan pula..baby heartbeat OK.Movement mmg byk.Sgt active!~
Baby still in breach position.Kepala kat atas, kaki kat bwh.Uri kat atas.

Then kita tgk gender..jeng3.
Daddy kemai excited lagi time ni.
Mommy dh redha jer..boy or girl xkesah la~
Pusing2..godek2..nampak dah :)
Alhamdulillah.

Doctor pesan minum byk air masak and rest bila bila boleh.
Sb urine dh nmpk mcm xbrapa clear..ok doc, sy ikut shj.

Mmm..nk tau ke 2nd baby boy or girl??

Just to share the good news :)
Iman's lil sister (hopefully) is 12++wks old and kicking inside! :)
Alhamdulillah.Berkat doa mama,mama abg, family and all those who are praying for us.
Thank you guys!!~



Confirmed in this morning's scan in a special unit in Putrajaya's specialist centre called Early Pregnancy Assessment Center (i think that's the name-more or less it means the same). The doctor was overwhelmed as she predicted that I already needed a D&C based on the previous doc's referral. But was a lil bit puzzled when I said the nausea is always there.Tp this time I dh boleh predict how it is and can control sket la. Eat more citrus.Avoid lemak and minyak.

The doctor was genuinely happy for me as well..dia mmg xsangka :)

Bila check..baby dh 55mm CTL. The heart was beating heartily and the legs are alredy kicking :)
Me also la...lagi la overwhelmed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ;)

But really-really Syukur Alhamdulillah..No precedures..just another journey.
Another beautiful journey :)
