How’s your day so far?Alhamdulillah few things happened and made me feel more alive for 2015 lately. But not everyday is a sunny day, so once in a while on a bad hair day mode, of course, we need something to at least add some spark, and for me, sunglasses just will do the trick :)

Hitting the 20th wks line soon!~

Assalam WBT and  a very lovely Friday my dears~~

Just a quick update for me to remember myself dates and goings around me..

Yesterday was our 5th mth check-up..and alhamdulillah everything was fine.
Baby Xie has grown to 250g already..with strong legs kicking and heart beating ferociously :) Suka sgt..
Still floating as still very2 small. All features are so tiny and cute..only +/- 25cm in length our baby is there. I kinda brought up to tears to see him moving, tossing and turning as we sort of need to suck up the news that we lost him several months ago.. A miracle of Allah.Alhamdulillah~

As for mommy, I have gained 4kgs in 1mth.(OMG!~). Need to control on that for sure.
Sugar level OK.Hb count 11.9-OK.
Just BP a lil bit high..130/80.Maybe as we went for check-up at 4.30pm after a stressfull day at work.
Need to control on that as well.Susah tu >> sb we're in the midst of our biggest project ever-> the global car..hmmm..Perut pun dh nmpak..but still i'm in normal uniform..still keeping my tummy undercover.tunggu buttons pop off..haha





Being pregnant is really a good feeling.Another baby for another year.I am so glad that we have you baby. Syukur sangat2..though some naughty comments of being too soon -> sy xkesah :)
For those out there who are still trying to conceive..try hard, pray harder.Insyallah, Allah always knows the best for all of us :)
We're due end of May : If Allah's will..will be our second's anniversary gift for me.2yrs of a wonderful marriage and 2 beautiful babies..Insyallah..

I don't care how the mode of delivery will be for this one..Saya redha and pasrah...
as long as baby Xie is healthy :)Amin~

Just wild ramblings I guess for today.A lot happened for these whole 2-3 weeks actually, as I'm still adjusting myself as a working mommy.Penat sehhh...
At nite, I just want my pillow and goodnite sleep :)

Some new improvement : I'm not a zombie no more now!Yeay~
Rsnya pill vits B-complex yg I bought via e-shopping really helps a lot!Shaklee brand.Rasa mcm lbh bertenaga, though mlm2 still kna jg for baby feeding 2-3 times. Bagus2 bleh recommend! I bought it from here.

Last weekend was a 3days weekend sb Isnin cuti ; so we for the 1st time ber3, balik kampung via kereta.9hrs beb! Bkn sekejap..agaknya Iman atas kereta tu dok heran knp tido jaga blk..tdo blk jaga blk..xsmpai2 lagi..hehhehe...

Sempat juga menjejakkan kaki ke Thailand via Mundok (sblah Golok). Baby tggal kat umah mak mertua sb rmai makcik2nya yg bergilir2 nk dokong2 gomol bdk montel tu..1st time naik sampan penambang.Takut juga la..asyik terfikir cmne klu sampan ni karam.padahal perjalanan ke seberang adalah 3min..hahaha.

Atas bot penambang ke Mundok.With hubby;s grandma: mek.

Dah blk kampung : bila blk sini blk poket pn kering la..
So as poket sudah kering hubby dgn slambernya ckp : "Yang, hadiah birthday xde la this yr..tggu gaji boleh ke?"
Hehehe..I pn jwp; "nk hadiah xyah guna duit bleh ke?"
Muka heran, dia tny blk - "Hadiah apa?"
I jwp la blk.."nk MASSAGE satu bdn bleh ke?"

So I dpt la sessi urut ala2 spa lps baby tido.hehehe..free and best!~
Wpn tukang urutnya dh separa jg je dh time tu...tp best bila skali skala dpt massage free nih.hahaha~

Oklah kita citer bende2 best plak.happy mode still ON, sb today's my birthday!yeay!!
Nak celebrate heavy2..duit dh parak sb br pas blk klate..xpe la..tggu birthday hubby dearest 21st ni and anniversary 28th ni.Buat triple celebration.cost down plan.hahaha..

Klu ikutkan, skrg focus point in our familia : Iman. Apa2 pn he should be on highest priority.Nak celebrate2 ni kita cut cost la..kasi jimat sket :)

Mmm..dh lama xcerita pasal Iman. Budak nyomel2 suka ngamuk2 nama Zulhadzrey Iman.
Skrg Iman dh pandai gelak kekek2..and sembang2 baby talk dgn org.Sampai jerit2,angkat2 kepala excited dpt sembang..ahhhhh penghibur hati mommy ni :)

 

Muka toye kna tarik puting.Pipi mcm shin chan dh~

Mommy tgk Iman ni bleh jd boss la..proactive btul.
Klu anak org lain passive ajer.dok baik2,sorg2..Iman mana bleh ditinggalkan sorang2.dia cpt boring.hehehe (sedapkan hati sendiri bila anak suka berkerenah) ~

Dua hari lepas, Iman baru cucuk utk 2bln wpn dh 2 bln 1/2..mommy busy syg..sorry!~
Tp kali ni kitorg opt for private clinic jer sb klu KK -aduhai saleha..rmai yg amat!~
Cucuk kali ni Iman nangis sket sb dia sedar time cucuk tu.tp sket je..mommy peluk terus senyap..terkejut agaknya.dia ingat ada org cubit dia kot..mcm dia slalu jd marah bila dia sedu-sb dia rasa ada org yg khianat kat dia..hehehehe.Aduhai iman~

Hasil pendapatan Iman timbangan kali ini : 5.8kg! Yay! Iman mmg juara!Kering susu mommy dikerjakan.
Yg xbestnya kat private- tu je la.injection and timbang.klu kat KK-ada ukur,APGAR score,ujian dengar,penglihatan semua..xpe la.bila mommy free kita g KK yerr..

Senyum & gelak happy. Akhirnya mommy nk sembang dgn Iman. Asyik sembang dgn daddy jerr..

Hadiah hari jadi Mommy plg berharga thn ni : Iman la~

Thank you Allah for this beautiful baby boy.Our lil precious pride and joy~

Goverment Hospital vs Private Hospitals

This entry is just a piece of my mind.Not an official complaint.

It happens that masa terkena denggi past 2weeks and kena admit hospital, I opt for hospital swasta dgn harapan I'll be well taken care of. Choosing the nearest and most reliable hospital available, we told the KK(Govt Klinik Kesihatan) Salak doctor to refer us to DEMC, Shah Alam. A famous hospital among Shah Alamians..xpenah g pn lagi.bersalin pn kat Hosp Putrajaya sb lbh dekat utk semua org and lbh reliable in terms of bersalin nye matters.
Yelah, nk ke SJMC or others mcm jauh sket dr rumah..so we went for DEMC.

To start with, Denggi tu bg aku amatla menyiksakan. You'll have high fever,sakit2 all sendis atas bwh and tulang blkg, then you'll have rashes all over the body yg sgt2 gatal (rs dia mcm u'r consistently digigit nyamuk yg byk!), kering tekak yg sgt teruk sb ur body xcukup air/fluids and also vaginal discharge in terms of blood (mcm period 1st day yg byk but not menstrual blood sbnrnya) . Klu yg dh smp lebih severe (alhamdulillah i didn't), sampai gusi berdarah and all the rashes on ur skin will start to bleed. Itu dh dinamakan denggi berdarah.Untuk yg bkn severe sgt, once hospitalized, u'll have to have IV dripped into your system, and litres and litres of water/liquids to drink.Resulting to you needing to go to the bathroom every 30mins,carrying ur drip and all.And ur whole body become puffy sb water retention, mcm org kna edema teruk time third trimester bersalin.Mmg nightmare for me!~

Ok back to the hospital story-
After being diagnosed with denggi at KKSalak, we were admitted to DEMC by request after 1hr waiting at the clinic in DEMC-and was given a twin shared room. The room was exactly the same with mine in wad bersalin Hosp Putrajaya but equipped with a satelite TVand phone.Semua same,but certain features xcukup mcm bed overhead yg lengkap dgn oxygen plugs,bedlights,nurse button yg reachable..yelah dulu dok Hosp Ptrajaya lama so, those feature were important to me.OK lah..xpe.

From day 1,I noticed yg the floors were'nt cleaned and the waste basket wasn't emptied several times a day resulting to sampah menimbun.Even the janitors came and mopped the bathroom floor ONLY in the morning. Berbeza dgn Ptrajaya yg janitors mopped the bathroom and bedroom at least 4times a day kot. mmg nk wujudkan suasana sterile.well, its a hospital pn..klu waste basket ada kari bungkus xabes the day before, sterile apa nya. Tapi xpe,I bleh tahan lagi..

That night, my IV went static several times, so each time I hit the nurse button, diorg bukan dtg ke bilik but call ur phone instead.dasar pemalas.'ye puan, ada apa?''IV saya mcm static since 30mins ago''owh biasala tu..goyang2 sket dia ok la'..which resulted to only 1bottle was dripped till the next morning!

3am-I was shivering..hit the nurse button nak minta hot blankets.as usual diorg call tnya nk apa.then dtg campak je blankets tu kat kaki I! Isk2..nurses kat Hosp Putrajaya..selimutkan I tau!!Siott je..mst dia ingatkan I minta utk hubby.Sabar je la...

The next morning-bgn rasa everything getting worse-muka jd berkuping2 and bibir pecah berdarahBadan mmg rasa lagi lemah.Nak g toilet pn terketar2..Nurses dtg nk dram blood pn 3-4 kali cukuk xjmp vein sb kulit semua dh merah kapilari kembang..OMG-sgt teruk rasa diri!!The ONLY good thing is, hubby bleh teman mlm2 jelah nk tdo..tp dia pn dh xlarat and tdo terlentok kat kerusi..mmg buat I xsampai hati.baikla dia tdo kat umah, and come to me the next day fresh..siann dia!~ Bangun2 je nampak dia..mmg terubat sket rasa sakit..but he got to go to work..sb in Proton cuti kami limited.15days/year.And he trusted that I'll be in good hands..ye lah tu..

Ok sambung blk citer..In each room siap disediakan menu for u choose your food every day..tulis dlm order form and they'll serve you. I dah tulis (dgn tgn bengkak-so tulisan dh sama dgn Dr Jeeta yg rawat I..huhu~), tp diorg x dtg amek kertas tu..the next morning-diorg blasah je bagi I nasi grg pedas and telur mata. I baru lps surgery c-sect 35days..mana brani mkn telur lagi.nasi grg pedas2 pn xmkn.xbleh! Minta tukar, diorg kata dh xde dh caterer.Okla bleh tahan lagi. I tnya lunch served pkul brapa, diorg kata kul 12-12.30. So ok la..still bleh idup dgn air Milo and biscuits.Hubby dh g kerje.Mana bleh cuti..huhu~

Kul 1pm, food xsampai lg.I asked the nurse-diorg buat2 terkejut kata eh? xdpt lagi?kertas dh bg nurse pg td? I jawap dah bg.Dia keluar g 'check'.Ok la sabaq2..1.30 perut dh tegang.food xsmpai lagi.I called for the nurse, minta food dgn ubat gastric.dia keluar..and both xsampai2..1.45- I asked for the food again.and ubat.to no avail.hampeh.menyirap dh ni..kepala dh xleh angkat dh..yelah dh demam.breastfeed plak (pumped masa tu)..harusla sgt kebulur.
2.15 food sampai.alhamdulillah.buka2-asam pedas ikan and bubur nasi.wth??? I specifically tulis nasi ayam.
I called for the nurse.dia siap kerek2 kata xleh tukar puan.kita bg apa yg puan order.I asked her to take the food away and read what I'd order.2.30-baru dpt nasi ayam. mmg la xsedap.nama pn mkanan hospital.tp dh lapar sgt.mkn jela.. Teruk btul service!!~ Gila ah..

Ok that enough.Extremely bad service!!
Called the nurse desk kata I nak discharge.I nak g hospital lain.
Semua terkejut.

Siap nurse ckp, jgnlah mcm ni puan.Nanti nurses kena marah dgn doctor.Ha..mmg patut la kna marah.
I bayar tau! Bukan byr seringgit.
Tunggu doc dtg, dia soh sign form apa tah yg kata diorg x kasi discaj lagi, and everything at our own risk.
Doc siap kata lagi..kat Putrajaya tu all doctors are trainees je.mana ada specialist mcm sini.
Amboi berlagaknya..klu specialist sgt, awat aku makin teruk bkn makin sehat..
Settle bill yg berjumlah 2k for a night.Gila la..aku beranak ceaser aritu pn bill semua 1.7k je.
7.30pm - we're officially discharged - kami pn head direct to Hosp Putrajaya!!
And I learnt that my platlet count was getting lower compared to day 1 kna admit from the referal letter.
Masa admitted 75 (normal should be above 200 kot.)..day 2 dh turun 60..
Worst nightmare of the year.

Harusla diorg kat DEMC nak soh kami dok situ lama2..diorg bleh gain profit gila2..yelah one night stand dah 2k.klu kna dok 1week?kaya raya la diorg ni..profit oriented.bila org dh nampak mcm xdpt diselamatkan lagi..diorg antar la g hosp govt..isk3.

8.30pm - Smp2 kat dpn pintu kecemasan Hosp Ptrajaya- I passed out.keluar kereta,berdiri nmpk ambulance.ttba gelap.buka mata lagi skali dh nmpk tar jln..huhu. Mujur dh dpn2 pintu kecemasan. Apa lagi I was swooped in teruslah..diorg thn kat tempat kecemasan tu.check semua..masuk air.monitor bp. By 12.30pm baru dihantar ke wad..pkai alat nak monitor L/min IV masuk. and diberi 1big jug of water and a measuring cup to drink and document brapa byk water intake. 1 measuring scoop pn diorg bg utk measure brapa byk kencing-each time kencing.That night only rasanya 12bottles of water kna masuk..air pn hampir 3L juga I minum. dgn 100plus lagi..diorg mmg closely monitor sb post natal juga kot, sb semua doctor terkejut I baru 35days lps c-sect time tu..

The next morning-I was feeling totally better-w/pn tgn kaki semua bengkak water retention.Platlet count pn dh naik blk 100 something..tggu specialist round-He told me I dh bleh blk..terkejut betul!! Called husband, dia pn siap melompat2 I dh bleh blk. MIL: baru nak dtg mlm tu by flight. Dh beli dh ticket..dtg je la kan.
But still kna monitor water intake, and sendi semua mmg sakit lagi..Food was served at 7.00 in the morning, then 12.00..mmg baguslah..Nurses pn dtg every 30mins tgk air. Every 2hrs amek temp and check bp.

Ai, dh mcm e-novel entry ni..xpela.. I tulis, I baca..klu ada org yg bc dr awal..mmg I kagum!
So, itulah sikit sebanyak perbezaan profit oriented hospitals and yg mmg nk kita cepat sehat and discharge so others could replace (yelah places kan limited)..mmg menyesal la g DEMC.after this, klu x btul2 memerlukan, I'll choose not to.

And for me, best choice is still govt hosp!!Twice being hospitalized dh byk buka mata saya. Masa confinement aritu pn siap ada nurses dtg rumah for daily post natal check up, check baby, check mommy until day 20..bagus2.

Yes, I vote for goverment hospitals! Esp Hosp Putrajaya..
