2021 TRIPS - To make up what is left out of the year!

Alhmdulillah we had the opportunity to fly in our Pasirmas Clan to KL just right after the government announced permission for state border travel.

So yeahh..we MUST USE that opportunity. After all that had happened, and despite full dose vaccine, 90% of the people in the picture below are Covid19 survivors. Syukur alhmdulillah. So this will be the intro for all the upcoming details of the trip (KB-KL_MELAKA_PD 2021). I really hope this shall be areminder for me to write up our travel experience inshallah.Syukur for all the happy faces for the trips. Syukur for the opportunity and rezeqi that was intended to be shared with the loved ones. We had little, but so much love.alhmdulillah

Pictoral summary of our 3days +1day(KL) trip 28-31st October 2021. Zuri's and Yayang's family did not follow us this trip around. Instead we brough in Che Ngoh (mama's sister), Adik We and Iffah. 

Inshallah next year will be full house.

Jaybee Trip 2021 - Part 1 : Lotus Desaru Beach Resort and Spa

 Alhmdulillah! Kebenaran merentas negeri was given on the end of 11th of Oct 2021

 It was like...FINALLY!!!!!!!!! 

We didnt plan for Klate blk kg trip yet but set plans for JB and some other plans to bring the Klate clan here instead. JB was long planned as i was keen to meet newborn baby Hilya for the first time. and it was a Johor visit since like 7years ago..lama betul tu.

Short but memorable was the theme this time. KISS - Keeping It Sweet and Simple. We had so much fun jalan2 cari makan and checked in Desaru for one night. Im still in holiday blues now.

We arrived JB midnight of 22nd Oct, spent one night at Zakiyya's Seri Alam crib and later that day we checked in Lotus Desaru Resort. It was a great stay for all of us, especially the kids. I enjoyed the beach and sun, and the BBQ food was awesome! BBQ was rated at Rm480 for 10person comprising chicken (2kg), lamb (2kg), Saba Mackarel and Hotdogs, everything was being set up by the hotel including starting the fire. Alhmdulillah i was really happy and unwinded.

Penang..again! Coz we love Penang!

Assalam guys!

So well, it has been days (or months) of hiatus, but im still determined to write. Kalau tak banyak sedikit pun tak apa kan. Janji the spirit of writing is still there and somehow i loved to read up again what have happened to me before. Kinda diary writing juga. Inshallah bermanfaat for my kiddos once they've discovered this blog.

So then, we went to Penang for a short staycation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This time we tried Copthorne Orchid for our economical stay and would like to see what they can offer. Alhmdulillah everything was up to expectation. The pool, the private hotel beach, the bathtub, even the breakfast spread was really nice.4 stars from me indeed!And to add the excitement, this time around my sister Zakiyya and family came together and we agreed to book the same hotel. I could say this hotel is just worth the stay.

Well, we went to the famous eatery spots for foodies, and tried ais tingkap (sarbat). Had really awesome char kuey teow at Shamrock beach, and also went to visit the disco pasemboq uncle in Gurney drive. Sedap baq hang. That's really the main actually what Penang could offer. Food! The closing was of course our favorite Nasi Beriyani Kambing Kapitan, heaven on earth this one!

Balik naik feri for the kiddos experience and then the Pak Ali Jeruk pit stop..then back to Bukit Merah before heading down south to beloved KL!

Sikit sikit jalah kita tulis. Nanti kita tulis lg nah..refreshing trip alhmdulillah! From all the smelly tap water, haze lagi and the #uninstallfoodpanda campaign lagi..i really had a good time..yeah!

Lets definitely do Penang again!

Penang Trip 2018 Itenery

Our itenery in short and simple (light and easy):

Friday (30/11/2018)
8am - Road trip starts with heavy nasi kerabu breakfast in BSP
1pm - Arrived in Penang (Sg Dua)- ready for Some Mee Udang. We chose Ida Mee Udang. any is nice.
2pm - Jetty Q for Ferry to penang.
3pm - Check in Hotel and Rest
5.30pm - Scroll around hotel area for some sightseeing and ice cream!
8pm - Dinner at Padang Kota (Pasemboq and laksa)
9-11pm -Night stroll at Padang Kota & drive around Georgetown to see the town - Komtar, Old British Buildings, Gurney Drive etc.

Saturday (01/12/2018)
7.30am - Breakfast at the Hotel
8.30am- 10am - Pool dip!
11am -3pm - Penang Hill
3.30pm- Line Clear nasi kandar.
5.00-7.00pm - Batu Feringghi and Telok Bahang beach stroll
8-11pm- Jacuzzi time at the hotel and Zzzzzzzzz

Sunday (02/12/2018)
7.30am - Breakfast at the hotel
8.30-11am - Pool dip!
12noon - check out
1pm - Rumah P.Ramlee
2pm - Nasi beriyani Claypot Kapitan
3pm - Chowrasta Market for souvenirs, Tshirt and Jeruk Pak Ali
5pm - Head back to KL!

Hope this helps those asking.
It was a really light and easy trip as we have three lil boys in tow. They're all grown up and behaving now so trips are nicer now!
