Resipi Ayam Goreng Berempah ala Zahra

Bahan bahan :

Setengah ekor ayam

Satu labu bwg Putih *

1inci halia *

Satu biji kecil bwg merah*

3 btg serai *

1 sdb ketumbar biji

1sdk serbuk kunyit

1sdb serbuk jintan Manis

2 sdb cili boh

1 sdb gula

Garam secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya :

1. Blend semua bahan bertanda (*) sehingga lumat

2 . Gaulkan dgn ayam bahan bahan yg telah diblend

3. Masuk kan serbuk kunyit, jintan, cili boh, gula dan garam. Gaul sekata.

4. Perapkan ayam untuk 30-60min

5. Gorengkan didalam minyak yang byk sehingga garing!Gorengkan juga lebihan rempah rempahnya..sedaptu buat makan krup krap.

6.Setelah masak toskan dan hidangkan panas panas.

Yummy ni kalau makan panas panas. Kena pula dgn nasi lemak..fuhhhh

Terasa pagi ni nak tulis pasal 3budak banyak akal ni. Lama tak cerita pasal diorg. Jom baca sama sama..

ZULHADZREY IMAN- 6y and a half

A young man already alhamdulillah. Lama tak tulis pasal iman. Dah besar panjang dah iman skrg, tinggi~ Gigi kekal pun dah 4btg tumbuh! Kalau kat sekolah iman mmg laju je menolong teachers and dah byk kali jd imam solat jemaah kwn kwn solat zuhur n asar. Kuat merajuk, berang orgnya tp mmg lembut juga hatinya. Kalau ada apa apa dialah yang pertama tau and terasa. Oh satu lagi -penakut hantu hihihi. 

Dari segi akademik, alhmdulillah exam aritu nmpk byk sgt improvements dia. Subject dia plg suka - Maths dia dpt 100% :) Yang plg lemah English, mmg susah sikit nmpk dia nk kuasai english wlpun mommy dh byk sogokkan dgn buku buku bacaan including buku buku Dr Suess :) Kalau bab membaca n iqra' mmg nombor 1. suka sgt buku and menulis-yg ni mommy suka. Tp suka juga menyepah buku buku nya.

Sekarang dh besar sikit mommy dh boleh harap dia buat mcm2 simple chores kat rumah mcm angkat kain, angkat laundry, angkat begs dari atas turun bwh, dr bwh naik atas..angkat adik mikhail. haha semua task mengangkat saja ekk.. well, mmg itulah yg dia suka, sebab iman ni kuat n muscular build dia. mmg kuat ok. kalau tendang bola mmg kuat betul terkejut org tgk kekuatan luarbiasa anak no 1 mommy ni. biarlah kuat.rsnya allah dh tulis, tugas iman nanti dh besar n sado tolong angkat mommy yg xxL ni masa tua nanti..hahaha.

Anak soleh ni satu lg suka makan. Masyallah..kejap kejap lapar, kejap kejap buka fridge. so mommy mmg akan belikan foodies utk dia snacking mcm kacang, raisins(fav dia!), pisang, roti and biscuits khas utk iman snacking :) Nasi mmg byk 7.30am kalau weekends dh mintok nasi..baka kelantam sgt awok ni abe weyy :)

ZULHAFIDZEY AMSYAR- 5y 3months

Cerita pasal abgngah pula. Abg amsyar muka kiut ala ala jambu ni..haha.. Tp looks mmg is deceiving sebab amsyar ni plg cunning and byk idea idea yg out of the box..muka innocent tapi mcm mcm. budak byk akal ni. Tahun ni amsyar dah 5tahun.Tp sebab dia dah habis semua buku bacaan yg patutnya umur dia mula tahun lepas lg, tahun ni dia byk focus on English and maths sahaja. Peminat maths juga ni, dpt 100% mid term aritu sama macam mommy suka numbers. 

Bab makan amsyar lah paling payah sekali! Sayur mmg tak makan langsung!Urgh! Geram betul mommy dibuatnya! Mee, spagetti mmg laju ja..tp spagetti sahaja,macaroni xsuka! And satu lagi suka suruh mommy masak kari ayam! Laju je dia makan nasi,,tp dgn kuah kari sahaja..ayamnya xmakan! (--")  Peminat no 1 ayam goreng mcD and drumstick hot n spicy kfc, and kalau burgers sekarang mmg kena order satu utk dia..dia boleh habiskan! bab fast food kids mmg suka kann adoi. Tp one thing yang bagus bab makan ni..amsyar mmg hantu buah buahan..fruits apa saja. Especially pisang! Ni mmg faveret dialah! In fact faveret semua ahli rumah ni incl daddy! aiyaaa.. :)

Amsyar ni kalau bab menolong mommy, dia lemah sikit. Lambat je kalau suruh buat apa apa..kadang mommy tau dia sengaja je..sebab dia tau nanti mommy yg krg sabar ni suruh pula iman benda yg dia tak buat tuu..ooo pandai yee.. kalau dia buat apa apa mesti nak berupah.selalunya minta hp mommy lah.nak main games..habis mak nenek games dia install kan kat hp mommy.pandai dia g cari kat google playstore. yelah bebudak skrg ni kann xyah ajar dh pandai bab bab gajet ni. 

Walau macam mana pun amsyar mmg manja org nya..tgk tv nak melentok peluk mommy..nak tidur atas lengan mommy. Kalau kena marah mmg kuat sentap, tp senang pujuk dia dah ok. senanglah sikit nk memujuknya. merajuk kejap je,,kita slow talk dia dh ok balik. Moga terus mcm tulah nak ye..kurangkan bab yg kuat sentap tu je..

Amsyar ni pun satu lagi, mmg kuat pegang apa teacher dia ckp kat dia..aritu kat meja mkn dia ckp, allah ada dlm hati kita, dekat je dgn kita dia nampak apa kita buat semua. kalau kita buat org, allah akan balas kat kita.. alhmdulillah nak. pegang yang ni ya..mommy mmg suka. bukan mommy akan ada sentiasa nak jaga. tp inshallah Allah ada. ada kat mana mana. yang penting ada dlm hati kita. amin!

ZULHAYQAL MIKHAIL- 10months young :)

Mikhail!!! Yang ni mmg sweet cutie pie mommy. Mat senyum penawar hati mommy ni. Kecik cilik lg wangi lagi mmg lah penawar hati ye takk :p Dah pandai jalan at 9.5months lagi which buatkan mommy rasa cepat je phase baby berlalu..aduhai syg dont grow up too fast!

Mikhail baru je masuk phase yg taknak berenggang tu. Ataupun seperation anxiety..which is..aduhailah anakku sayang! Mmg mommy xboleh buat apa apa and xboleh g mana mana out of his sight! Dia punya meraung macam org cubit cubit siap teran buat buat nak muntah ok..well, this too shall pass org putih kata. sabar jelah kann mommy!! These days mmg daddy dah tak kerja weekend so selamat lah juga mommy weekends tak kena hadap adik mikhail sorang sorang :)

Mikhail ni satu lagi mmg pembawa rezeki utk mommy and daddy sefamily. Alhmdulillah. Daddy pun dpt penilaian paling top this year, dgn mommy pun mmg slalu dpt susu yg cukup saja utk mikhail tanpa perlu boosters itu ini dah sgt sgt bersyukur dh. Baju baju pun sentiasa tak putus kawan kawan, atuk nenek and aunties bagi je kat mikhail so byk jimat duit mommy dlm menjaga mikhail sorg ni.Alhmdulillahhhhh~

Sekarang ni mikhail ada dua batang gigi bawah baru. dah jadi lil piranha bergigi tajam..aduiii ngilu bila menaip nya pun ni..hahaha. ckp pun dh pandai juga skrg few words..daddy, mommy mmg dah master.. yang baru blajar skrg -eh ehhhh, and nak nak nak..hahaha..comel je. xsalah kan claim anak sendiri comel..lol.

Dinoscovery Trip 2015!

Remember the dinoscovery tickets i redeemed from astro? Well, we finally went to check it out last christmas long break ;) And it was fun! Let me walk you through via pictures of us :)

Opening hours is from 10am-7pm on weekdays and 10am to 8pm on weekends.

Our tickets ;)

Located in Avenue K on the 4th floor, the location is really easy to find. Parking in avenue K is also affordable, so no worries. RM5 per entry only, amazingly really cheap for KL rate :)

Actually they had already mentioned that cameras are not allowed inside. But what the heck. What's life without cameras :)

The journey starts with a tour guide informing all the do and dont's and whatnots while handling us items for the paleontologist experience. We were given bush jackets for each of us, a head torch, a RFID scanner watch and also two maps to complete the quest. achehh quest..hehehe. Then there was a short movie screening for what's inside.

Amsyar was scared at first as we could hear all the dino roars from the screening room, he eventually asked to go out back. But once he saw the dinos, he was ok. But still tugging tight to mommy.

It was quite fun, checking out moving dinos inside and completing the puzzle map along the way. The kids were excited :) Sorry for the pics quality, it was quite dark inside :)

Along the trails there were activity spots to do things such as wall climbing, dino chasing and also tail wiggling..haha ok the last one sounds awkward! Well iman did do some wall climbing to see the dino pteranodon nest up high. Half way, tho this time. Its ok next time we'll try some more. It was his first wall climb experience! :)

Towards the end there were some sand pits for digging to find fossils for the kids and also a ball erupting volcano. Well the kids spent quite some time here, giving mommy and daddy some time for selfies and photo taking.




End of the trail, is a souvenir shop where you can purchase gift items such as cute dino alphabet charts, replicas and the usuals hehehe. We bought tiny dinosaur erasers that were too cute to resist. Well of course for mommy's keepsake and for the boys to have when they're a lil bit much older :) Here you can redeem your paleontologist certs as well by handling over the completed map and answering few questions based on the trail. Of course mommy's the one answering all this time around, the questions were not that easy you know, but we've made it! yeay!

Fret not,you can opt for not answering the questions which entities you a Junior Paleontologist cert in exchange.




The dino counter boy told us that they're undergoing a major renovation this January so that by February everything will already be revamped and new! Maybe we'll come again that time around!

Mommy's view :

Place is small and the trail is too short that bores adults but big enough for young children to stay focused and not get bored untill the end. The trail will take about 15-30mins only if you are not a reader of infos on each display ;) Dinoscovery can improve more on activities held inside and display dinos a lil bit more further away from each other to make the 'hunting' activity more realistic.


All in all, the boys were happy and enjoyed the visit. Nice one. Thanks astro for the tix!

Selangor Holiday Day Out!

Last weekend was a loong unplanned 4 days holidays for Selangor. It was 3days at first in conjunction of the Sultan's birthday and MB Azmin Ali was crowned Dato Seri. But then Selangor won the Piala Malaysia against Kedah and the MB declared Monday as a PH. So Yippee yay yay!!!!!!

All first 3 days were rainy days here in Shah Alam. The cats and dogs and tigers and crocs type of raining ya. Yahh until astro goes huhu. And some places in Shah Alam were reported even to flood up. Adoi.

But on Monday, the sun was shining really  bright! So lets go for a walk. Hubs is not really the mall type so at most times we avoid malls. So a sunny day really makes us happy! :)

Nak jalan jauh jauh malas. Kita g tempat dekat2 sahaja. sebelum tu dh ke tempat events so kita p jalan2 kat Tmn Botani Putrajaya je. Tgk lake, tgk trees. Nak sewa basikal dah terlambat sikit..counter dh tutup! :)

Taman Botani ni basically mmg utk tgk pokok and jalan2 tgk nature. Playground pun takde but there's many walkaways and paths through thematic gardens yang mmg molek utk yg nak keluarkan peluh. I have 2 energetic boys so mmg sesuai. Hah berlarilah kamu dlm ni :) seriously i guess i loss 2kgs walking alone. Baguihnya klu betul..haha

Dah penat tu Iman dh ngadu lapar :) Ada je seafood restaurant inside the botanical garden tp hubs insist nak p cari cendol. Kami p pusing kat ayer@8 tp mcm still byk kedai tak buka betul2 lagi and tak brapa menarik. So jomm p pekena sate willy sg ramal alang2 dh dekat ni. Set waze 15mins ja dh smpai.

Muka lapar daddy baru p order satay. kejap lg tidor la ni.confirm!

Cedappppppppp kata amsyar. Faveret dia buat masa ni. Habis 3cucuk sate :)

Sate dgn ayaq kelapa. Panas ni mmg syoklah. pastu order sket Kelantan Fried Chicken ayam mavellous. Nasik lemak rm2 sejemput..layannn. Abes mommy nye 2kg td. naik balik 2kg setengah..hahahaha


That was the weekends :) This weekend lom abes planning lg nih :) Apayaaa? :) Simpan simpan duit la jer kannn.. yuran yearly arif minda pun dh 1100++ tu pun after tolak books, uniform itu ini.

#whatishappiness challenge day 4

4 days at home last weekend was really a bliss for me. we did some spring cleaning sebab amsyar naik gatal2 habis, carpet and all but it seems that many things are really there for me to be grateful than gloomy :) Happy aura come to mommy!!

These three were supposed to be last weekends' happiness :) so yeah..

No 1
My fav for Gegar Vaganza : Siti Nordiana won first place! Yeay! Congrats Nana! bertudung or not there's no issue here in Malaysia apparently. Big yeay! Hubs was Ezad's fan so boo for him.haha.








No 2

We finally completed our Lego Shell collection!  All 7 of them! Yeay with the shell tanker. It was really a wanted item, soughted even before midnight. We were at Putra Heights Shell at 11.50pm and the Q line was already long. being the 20-ish person, hubs got his hand onto the awaited model. Hooray! haha..

Gila org malaysia ni. #legoshell was a phenomenon and collectibles are too cute to resist..kikiki

Mission to #bbw2015 accomplished! Yipppeeeee! Last minute plan for last day of the exhibition. Mujurlah sempat. Grabbed few books for the kids yeay! Really great happy time for mommy :) I kan ulatbuku.haha

Alhmdulillah dpt lg voucher zalora free rm50!! Rezeki mommy :) Pengubat kekalutan berhadapan dgn staff CIMB yg lain wavelength dgn saya. Nak nangis rasa, puas di terang, dilampirkan segala bukti, tapi masih ingin menegakkan benang yang basah. Sampai rasa tidak berbaloi menerangkan pd makcik ini. Mmg makcik, sb berdasarkan suara dan jawatan nya, bedar kemungkinan dia adalah sebaya mak. Mana mungkin boleh berkeras dlm kelembutan. Penat. Kita berhenti sebentar, ambil nafas, berdoa moga makcik CIMB terbuka hatinya. Kecewa sungguh. Mashallah..moga moga ada hikmah bertemunya saya dgn makcik Janet Fong ini. Praying hard to be enough for my baby.

My baby is growing teeth already. Buds not yet out so he's a bit grumpy these days.

Iman on the other hand, jatuh from motor on Monday and then tumbled down our house's flight of stairs on Christmas. Practially skipping down the stairs, then slipped and tumbled.mujur takde apa2. sb landing bukan kepala dulu.Yang incident motor tu, dia panjat motor Dede (my bro Ali), then the motorcycle was not parked properly. Apalagi menjunam la dgn Iman skali.Tu lah main main lagi..mommy ckp takmau dgr kan?but he's a tough one. Nangis 1min, then was laughing the next.Huhu..risau je mommy tgk.

Geram betul dgn si abg ni.bila tidur je terus mommy jd lembut hati..sb angelic sgt to my eyes.

Just to share about parabens and how lousy i was for not being aware about it before.

I thought that I was doing right to buy J&J products for Iman and Amsyar, but it awfully turned out to be not a very good  thing afterall. 

Ok lah juga boleh sokong kempen anti-zionist products afterwards. Johson&Johnson kan one of it, besides the biggies in my daily consumables list :: McD, Nescafe and Nestle.

So let us learn about parabens today.

What are parabens?

Parabens are a family of chemicals that occur naturally in some foods and are added to many products to extend their shelf life. They're used in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and toiletry products, including some baby products.

How do parabens get into the body?

The Cosmetic Ingredient Review, an organization that evaluates the safety of ingredients, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration are satisfied that parabens are safe. However, the European Union's Scientific Committee on Consumer Products is still reviewing the safety of propyl, isopropyl, butyl, and isobutyl parabens.

Parabens have been found to mimic the female hormone estrogen, although they're 1,000 to one million times weaker than natural estrogen. A controversial study published in 2004 led to widespread concern that parabens in underarm deodorants could cause breast cancer. This study has since been discredited because it involved only 20 women and was poorly conducted.While studies have found some parabens can affect the reproductive systems of male animals when ingested or injected, we don't know whether they would cause similar problems in people.

How are parabens regulated?

The Cosmetic Ingredient Review recommends a specific limit on the concentration of parabens in cosmetic products sold in the United States.In the European Union, this limit is enforced by law.

What can I do to protect my family?

If you want to avoid parabens, look for products labeled paraben-free. (Many leading manufacturers of baby products use alternative preservatives.) Or check labels for these common types of parabens:

• methylparaben
• ethylparaben
• propylparaben
• butylparaben

Parabens are usually found in most baby products Manufacturers use them in their products as a preservative. If you want to check you products to see if there is a paraben in the baby product you are using, check for these commonly used preservatives (namely methyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, and butylparaben), which are listed on labels. The have recently been identified as xenoestrogens. An xenoestrogen is a synthetic compounds that mimics the sex hormone estrogen.

These parabens are absorbed very quickly into the babies blood stream. It bypasses the gastrointestinal tract where it might have been broken down so cosmetic products are one of the worst ways to be absorbed by the body.

In the July 2002 issue of the Archives of Toxicology , Dr. S. Oishi of the Department of Toxicology, Tokyo Metropolitan Research Laboratory of Public Health, Japan, reported that exposure of newborn male mammals to butylparaben "adversely affects the secretion of testosterone and the function of the male reproductive system".

"In this paper, we have shown that butylparaben had an adverse effect on the male mouse reproductive system and that it damaged the late steps of spermatogenesis in the testis," the researcher reports. "A dose-dependent decrease of both round and elongated spermatid counts in stages VII-VIII seminiferous tubules was observed, and the elongated spermatide counts were significantly lower in all of the treated groups. The serum testosterone concentration decreased in a dose-dependent fashion and was significant at 1.00%. These data demonstrated that butylparaben can exert an adverse effect on the male reproductive system at doses that are well below those of the accepted daily intake (ADI) in Japan."-Oh my!!

If you have young girls I'm sure you couldn't help but notice this growing trend of sexual development at younger and younger ages. Pediatrician and increasingly reporting the appearance of puberty in girls as young as two. There have even been some reported cases of girls having their periods in kindergarten.Lotions, soaps and cosmetics may all be contributing factors to these reproductive abnormalities. Women of child bearing age as well as babies should avoid parabens as a precaution.Double my!!

Finding products that do not contain parabens is not as daunting as it sounds. It may require a trip to your local health food store as opposed to the drug store where you usually buy baby products. However, just because something is labeled organic does not mean paraben free.

Always check the label.

Maybe will share once found.Now Amsyar mandi with just a drop of body wash. Itu pun klu rasa2 cm macham sgt. Kdg2 takyah babywash pun. Bukan busuk pun anak mommy ni. Iman pun sama. cuma klu dh main kat luar mmg kena scrub habis lah kuku2 and feet. But still with minimal soap/babywash.
