Burger Bakar Abg Burn Seksyen 7 Shah Alam

Hi mommies..WW everywhere? Jom kita JJCM pula harini.. :)

Last Sunday night on the way back from Mom's house, we decided to give Burger Bakar a try. It was actually a simple Father's Day treat for daddy :) Located in seksyen 7 Shah Alam, the place was so easy to find and was quite crowded although it was already 11pm at night. Maybe it was a weeknight and the location is right behind UiTM Shah Alam, people eat at almost all times.

The ambience was quite hectic though and by self services but quite clean and fast. Even drinks are self filled and re-filled as you wish at RM 1 per cup.

Me, i tried their well-spoken and broad-casted meatballs and hubby gave the beef bacon burger a try. 1st timer la katakan, kita try2 la dulu. Mana tau xkena dgn selera. Belum cuba belum tau kan. Heheheh. Iman had some of my meatballs as he already had a sandwich at 8pm before. Amsyar?? Hehehhehe

All in all, i could say BBAB is a great value for money burger shop. Portion is quite humongous and sedap laar. The gravy is nice but mmg xbleh lawan ikea's meatballs. Ada 10 meat balls yang agak besar and padat and really makes me full at the 5th ball. Kenyang! The burger, thick,juicy and scrumptious but served not really flaming hot. Kalau served steaming hot lagi syiok kot. Great cost saving ideas to use paper plates and paper lapik, so you are actually paying solely for the beef. Yeah.. that's the concept! Berbaloi la juga and could be a nice option if you're quite bored with typical fast foods like McD. pasni boleh la g lagi try other burgers juga :) Banyak options smp rambang mata. But i kept an eye for the Burger Leleh for the next visit! :p

Baby menu : Macaroni soup with Cabbage, Carrot and Chicken

Alhamdulillah, today Iman gets his home-cooked meal. I admit, I cook for him only once in a bluemoon..hehehe.bad mommy.And most of all he loves it to bits..

So jom share the simplest recipe ever.Maybe some of you dah kebuntuan ideas on making potato purees every day bleh try this recipe. I'm not sure for solid food beginners, tp Iman dh start lean meat and veggies since 7.5mths ++.Tgk dia ok..so boleh terus kan :)

Jom kita masak!~

Ingredients


1cup macaroni
Matchbox size chicken breast-diced
Handful of cabbage cut small
Handful of carrot diced
1 egg.
Half an onion sliced thinly
Small dash of garlic-pounded
Small dash of ginger-pounded
Salt to taste


How to prepare? Easy peasy :)


Sautee onion, garlic and ginger till caramelized.
Add chicken. Add egg. Stir to cook.
Add carrots and water. Wait to boil.
Then add the pasta.


When pasta is cooked, add the cabbage, small amount of salt just to taste..and voila!~
Ready to enjoy.


Prep time : 15mins  Q : 3-4servings for Iman.



Iman suka sangat sampai hirup2 kuah..hehehehe.
I just figure out that Iman s a picky eater..maybe since he could distinguish tastes of different foodies, dia prefer sweet food over savoury, so kna ikut selera dia.
All times favorite harusla bananas and oranges..

Suka anak mommy makan e?, though due to only two teeth available, mommy kna mash2 kan sket dulu apa2 pn. klu oranges-dia suck directly on pulp cut in wedges :)

It's just nice if every Monday's a holiday.. :)
Mommy bleh rest and lepak2 dgn Iman at home masak memasak..yeay!
