Doa Selamat and Solat Hajat New Home

Monday blues.
Still tired from all the work done on Saturday.
Yet, yesterday was already full-day sleeping day. Boleh tidor most of the day?
Teruk betul!~


Alhamdulillah-all plans worked out well.
Doa selamat and solat hajat for new home already settled after Isya' last Saturday-24th March 2012 :)
8.30pm.



Thank you for all family, close friends and neighbours for coming!~
Thank you for gathering together praying for the safety of us in this new home of ours.
Thank you for the food brought as well :) 
Thank you Allah for making all our plans come true :)

Thank you mom for the cakes and also dearest neighbour next door for the kuih kaswi :)
Quite a miracle though.

Small budget, small ceremony, small house with big hearts in it :)








Letih juga la when you cooked dinner for 80 ppl all by yourself.
But I managed it!! Yeah!!~*pastu pengsan*

7..5mths pregnant really made it quite tough for me to cook for more.


Menu for the day :: Nasi putih, Ayam gulai, Sambal Udang, Kobis goreng, Sambal cuka, Gelama masin grg and ulaman.
And also, oranges, watermelon and chocolate pudding :)






**regret for not taking any pics for the event due to extreme fatigue and also malu kat tok imam nak amek gambar :'(

**For all friends out there insyallah we'll have another makan2 session for Hari Raya, Iman's belated bithday and new baby welcoming (cukur jambul).Insyallah if everything goes on well. Do pray everything to go on well :)

Update on house :)

Hasil weekend clean-up umah baru.

House condition = 60% selamat and bersih utk diduduki.

New lamps installed.Fan installed-tp xidup pulak..
Lawn keliling umah 85% cleared.
House not yet washed.
Mommy needs weekend babysitter for baby Iman.
Mommy is 7mths this week (ok xberkaitan......)



Target :: Next week to move-in!

Yeah..we're moving in SOOON!!!!!!!

Happy Friday - Bila duit dah masuk..

Alhamdulillah..

Check M2u harini-->the KWSP claim for 1st house dh masuk :) to top up the 10%deposit for our precious homey. Rumah area SA ni mahal..so utk kami yg bergaji kecil ini..perlulah duit kwsp acc 2 utk top-up 10% tu :)

Now, the last step --> cuma serahkan duit ni..and we'll get the keys!~ Yeah~

Urusan tukar nama geran semua dh selesai..jom kita share process nya..

Just info for new house buyers :

1. Nak keluarkan duit kwsp acc 2 kna ada surat kebenaran pertukaran nama tanah ye kawan2..selain drp SNP original and also loan bank offer letter.

2. Kalau rumah satu nama, yet both husband and wife nak keluarkan duit acc 2, sila bwk surat nikah. Boleh nk keluarkan both (husband and wife's acc) juga.

3. And pengeluaran adalah valid 3yrs dr tarikh SNP di sign..so actually its up to you with what to do with the acc 2 KWSP money--> for eg, after 2yrs nk renovate dapur ke..buat plaster ceiling ke, or even nk buat garden ke, ikut citarasa masing2  :)

Oklah..workload byk harini..tp dh happy sb duit dh masuk :)

So, xleh mengarang lama2 :)

...Mmm :)

Finally-after 1yr++ duduk rumah sewa.Ok lah menyewa dulu.

Rasa hidup berdikari :) Alhamdulillah Allah permudahkan jalan..Rezeki baby yg dikandung kali ni barangkali.. Harga rumah semakin naik, jd baiklah mengusahakan pembelian secepat mungkin :) Bila diusahakan pasti akan berjaya..bila susah sikit, bila dpt mmg puas hati  :)

Mudah-mudahan bertambah murah rezeki keluarga..thn depan Insyallah.

And murah rezeki kalian2 semua :)

Ramadhan Journey - Day 24

Salam 24th ramadhan!
5days to Raya!yeahhh..

Mm sbnrnya, in actual, Im writing day 24..tp sbnrnya bercerita ttg what happened the day before.I think you guys perasan kan?

Whatever la..just now thinking that the 1st ramadhan journey as a mother- I have done quite well up to day 24..alhamdulillah. With lil Iman in life now, everything seems more complete :)

Iman and MrTiggs.

Alhamdulillah, ups and downs..everything went well. Setakat ni sepenat mana pun the night before, with Iman sometimes asking for milk in the middle of the night, i still prepare for hubby his sahur.W/pn hnya hotdog goreng and telur masak separuh..the thought of even to wake up esp on weekdays and eat, it really a HUGE challenge for me. I guess cause of dh niat nk bgn, sometimes when i was too tired at night and straight tidor w/out setting the alarm clock..I tersedar at 4.50am. Sometimes, Iman yg merengek minta susu exactly at 4.45am seolah olah nak tlg kejut mommy bgn sahur. I believe that mmg if we niat for something good or noble, Allah is always there to help us. Resultnya-mmg since day one, we sahur without fail-everyday with a tumbler of hot Milo each.

Eh jap-ada satu hari terlajak..but that's our own fault sb g Uptown shah alam and smpai umah dekat 2am..hehehe

So far, everything's going fine. And Iman semakin galak tawaf menge'mop' satu rumah..Selongkar bakul baju...bakul mainan. And I know now he's aiming for the stairs sb twice or thrice I found him at the bottom of the stairs tepuk2 anak tangga happiliy. Please dont Iman!Luruh jantung mommy klu Iman say hi from celah2 tgga at the upper most stair!

OK fine, dh 27 br nk beli rumah.

But better late than never,,or in this case not yet la kan?

Not our dream house in actual.

Mahal weih rumah skrg ni..esp in Lembah Klang/SA..if nak rumah besar when working in SA sbnrnya bleh je nk opt to buy a house in Rawang, Bukit Beruntung or Sepang.But transportation cost la plak..

In Bkt Beruntung for example you could get a semi-D, double storey for 2xxk.Kat sini harapla..

Even apartment tingkat 5/small condo pun dh 200k..

So with my small engineer cabuk paycheck+hubby's this is only what we could afford :'(

20x70ft.Double storey.End Lot.

Still some renovation to do.
