Stay sane and #visitselangor

Assalam semua! Apa khabar? Kami sekeluarga alhmdulillah sihat sejahtera and masih dilindungi-Nya. Kita cuba bersederhana dan embrace norma baru, whilst keeping our mental health at a good pace. 

Its April already alhmdulillah and Ramadhan is approaching soon. Seminggu ni pun cuti sekolah after 4weeks of physical school. Work is also already going for 100% WIO as the cases are already circa 1000cases/day.. Well still a lot, and our job nature allows us to WFH so why not? 

So, i took a 7days leave just to settle few things to welcome Ramadhan, we had our Ikea trip, did some home improvements (yeah thats an ongoing project never settle with one deco!) and the highlight was our 10+ year old washing machine went caput! That was nearly 1000RM worth to spend on a new one! Tapi dh smpai masanya dah jangka hayat dia sampai situ je..sobs!

 So before we start working again we had one roadtrip to kuala selangor! Maybe we'll have that covered in another blog share. The reason I'm still blogging is that this is actually for my own future reading. Like a mini diary and stories kept for my kids. Iman had still not discovered this blog until now but i guess one day he'll surely appreciate it Inshallah!

 Back to our Kuala Selangor story - we tried the road not taken (no tolls) from BSP to Kg Bukit Cheeding (via Rimbayu) to Telok Panglima Garang. Then Klang- Meru- Kapar - Jeram and Bukit Melawati. It took us 1 hour and 40mins! haha. On the way back waze took us via the new WCE highway back to BSP in 50mins (from Jeram) with a total of RM 5++ toll. It was my first time to Kuala Selangor (well for all of us) and we went up north until Sekinchan and had 1hour pit stop at Pantai Redang. On the way back we had our first try at Aroma Ikan Bakar Jeram- this will also need a blog on its own!

So yeahhh..i guess i need to have this in few parts so that we can enjoy small snippets of stories rather than 1 long haul of all, betul tak? Happy Avril all of you! Enjoy your last bits of Syaaban and welcome Ramadhan! The 4 month i actually know dates of each and every day - Rejab, Syaaban, Ramadhan and Syawal! Still gotta work on that ..haha Well, better that not knowing at all!

PASTI ALQUDS Boy! Zulhayqal MIkhail

Assalam all, just keepsaking this here for my memorylane. Its March 2021 already and despite the pandemic, Mikhail had started his kindergarden (On March 1st) alhmdulillah! This time around we chose PASTI for mikhail as he is already a part of Taska Proton and we will always be in morning rush so, we decided to send Mikhail to PASTI after good reviews from my friends.

He's a good boy Mashallah and always cheerful and helpful, i think mostly from where he was cared of (Taspro) as they always focuses on akhlaq mulia and kindness in addition to self independence and discipline. As his name goes (Mikhail), he is always with abundance of rizq along with every steps he takes..inshallah!!

Mommy hopes all the best for you sayang. Yet these years of millenials, every child is really brilliant and a fast learner, so being the smartest kid is no longer a priority. However, what means most is to be a balanced kid- iq intelligence, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. So yeah, we can do this Mikhail! Enjoy your kindy years and with the vaccine already here in Malaysia, Inshallah we all can live a normal life again soon enough..

Visiting Zoo Melaka 2020

Assalam semua..

Major 3months throwback. Thank you Allah atas kekuatan memcoretkan juga cerita ini sebagai kenangan kita nanti. 

This was actually Mikhail's fourth birthday trip. We took a day's leave and headed to Melaka for a night stay in The Pines Melaka and went for food hunting of coz. As a special treat, we took the opportunity to revisit Zoo Melaka as Mikhail barely remembered the last time we were there. It was really worth every penny.

Melaka post covid, was not as its usual. As main income generation was tourism, we saw everything was not as glory as its old days. All museums were closed, rides were not available and most places thay were open, were with spiking high ticket prices due to the sop they have to cover such as sanitizers, and to sanitize each time people were in and out every trip. Begitulahh..

Birthday boy was the happiest. We were all happy. alhmdulillah ala kulli hal. All the quarantine and stay at home really had its toll on us. And all in all there is always the silver lining behind each cloud.

Mikhail's 2nd Birthday!!

Mikhail turned 2. Quite a while ago but still mommy wants to post this. Better late than never kan? :)

So we had a quite family party just to keep the memories alive, one pre birthday with Asyu around. My youngest sister, Aliyya (Asyu) turned 22 last 13th Sept as well so it was a combined celebration. Kebetulan masa ni asyu belum fly back to UK yet so Mikhail actually had two parties already. Mommy bought a cake for him on his Real Birthday (30th) later on, just for fun. i actually planned for a birthday celebration at his playschool. but due to time limitation i guess tak palah.next year lah. promise tau mikhail :)
