Unbelievable!
I credited RM1100 via CDM and they recorded it as RM11.00+.
Recently they made a huge maintenance update and changed the account number of all users. However, that was not only the things that have been changed. The amount credited decimal points also was changed (Rm1100 to Rm11.00!). Pity me, i had it shifted to the left. If i had it shifted the other way around maybe by 4 or 5 points, i would have kept it in a hush. Pfffftttt..
If you or your mom, or your sister, family or friends have a CIMB account, please recheck as duly to their recently maintenance upgrade most probably many of you out there face the similar indication. Where their online system CIMB clicks is not reliable and may cause a lot more loses in transaction. I may lost Rm1000, who knows if your rm100 you were sure was there the day before was really lost in transaction not mislooked by your shopping bills.
It had been more than 40 working days and the case is still pending.
