Wedding at One City

Just to mark one of the weekend outings with the kiddos. This happened end March, where we attended the wedding of one of our Boss' son in Bizmilla Hall, One City. Really nice venue, if the venue was already there 10 years ago..surely i'll choose this :)

Bila anak anak dah semakin besar, boleh lah nak attend wedding dan majlis majlis org! kalau tidak, diorang lah yang ke atas pelamin nanti. Belum ditambah tumpah makanan dan tantrum di tengah tengah majlis.aduh!

Alhmdulillah. Yang ni pun satu nikmat dah betul tak?

Sweet je anak anak mommy ..hehehe. Kami sampai pun dah agak lewat dlm pukul 2.30 mcm tu. Saja je mngelak crowd 1pm yg skali dgn rombongan pengantin. 

Nasi arab dia 5*. Nasi arab + ayam merah + kari kambing. Fusion sikit. Dengar dengar catering pun mmg diorg include skali dlm pakej utk pastikan servis sentiasa tip top! Niaga mcm ni iols mmg dr dulu dok eye-ing, bilalah dpt buka wedding venue sendiri ni..salut lah pada Mila AF5 owner Bizmilla Halls ni..

Naik atas ke skypark on top roof. Tp tak tinggi mana sgt dah rasa..hehehe sebab rumah dwiputra tingkat 25! dah biasa. Atas pun takde pape sgt. supposedly bukalah stalls ke apa kat atas ni kan..letak kerusi kerusi ke..saja saja buat tempat santai...last dtg 2015 kot. Adik mikhail first timelah naik ni kiranya..

Tu je lah..kita update sikit sikit je. Byk lg cerita sbnrnya yg nak diupdate tapi ntah lah bila nak dpt kerajinan mengarang lagi.

Abang Iman turns 8!

February 21st, 2019.
A long overdued post. Maafkan mommy tak menyempat nk menulis sejak dua menjak ni. idk, there's too much in my mind these days that keeps me occupied. Alhmdulillah, we've coped with 2019's routine changes by month 3. 2019 punya azam baru kan nak adakan more homecooked meals and save more and more family time!

As of Iman, my boy is not so little anymore! In 4 years dah boleh enrol SMAPK ehehehe. Sekarang ni dah more matured and well-behaved alhmdulillah. Smart boy and sukakan kekemasan alhmdulillah. Still under tight monitoring for good morals and habits yg mommy nak dia tanam dlm hati, mcm surviving and self grooming skills basics mcm sidai towel lepas mandi and basuh pinggan sendiri. Inshallah Iman jadi anak yg Soleh satu hari nanti.

Walau apa jua.. Ibu bapa kita tetap no 1

Hello March! I didnt realize i left February without any entries! My bad! A lot of things happened on February and we're still struggling our routine. Talking about routines, i can now whip everything up in 45 minutes in the morning and get everyone out the door at 6.30am! Yes we leave the house at 6,30 err..day! Early right? Yeah..

So back to our topic, Mom's finally confirmed her retirement at 55 on February marking the end of her almost 30 years of career. I had this kinda oath to make her happy starting this year onwards, so im quite worry she'll be a little tad bored knowing that she had never had so much time like this before being a working mom. So starting a few weeks back i tried to build up a routine of at least meeting mak and bapak at least once a week be it a little lunch meet of swimming session. I hope we could continue our routine throughout the coming days and years. Mak always complaints that she cannot diet when im around, we'll i know how to cook her favorites and up to her likings . So i just told her that each time we meet will be her cheat day. And she agrees to that. Hehe.

This coming May she'll have her trip to the UKs for my little sister's convocation (Aliyya) and go backpacking to the Balkan's as being planned. I hope she enjoys her trip and may Allah protect her all along the journey as she deserves to have her own time now after all those years serving the natiom.

Well. for anything that comes around we will always try to make her happy. Make my dad happy. And I believe, that is my key(s) to happiness and barkah in life. Inshallah. I always believe that all the happiness i have now are from their doas. May allah always protect them.amin.

It really saddens me when my dad WA all of us telling us that one of our aunt is in dire of money due to her unpaid bills and the needs to pay for her son (a grown man!). May Allah forbid us for a being such a nuisance child and protect our children from being one either.

Penang Trip 2018 Itenery

Our itenery in short and simple (light and easy):

Friday (30/11/2018)
8am - Road trip starts with heavy nasi kerabu breakfast in BSP
1pm - Arrived in Penang (Sg Dua)- ready for Some Mee Udang. We chose Ida Mee Udang. any is nice.
2pm - Jetty Q for Ferry to penang.
3pm - Check in Hotel and Rest
5.30pm - Scroll around hotel area for some sightseeing and ice cream!
8pm - Dinner at Padang Kota (Pasemboq and laksa)
9-11pm -Night stroll at Padang Kota & drive around Georgetown to see the town - Komtar, Old British Buildings, Gurney Drive etc.

Saturday (01/12/2018)
7.30am - Breakfast at the Hotel
8.30am- 10am - Pool dip!
11am -3pm - Penang Hill
3.30pm- Line Clear nasi kandar.
5.00-7.00pm - Batu Feringghi and Telok Bahang beach stroll
8-11pm- Jacuzzi time at the hotel and Zzzzzzzzz

Sunday (02/12/2018)
7.30am - Breakfast at the hotel
8.30-11am - Pool dip!
12noon - check out
1pm - Rumah P.Ramlee
2pm - Nasi beriyani Claypot Kapitan
3pm - Chowrasta Market for souvenirs, Tshirt and Jeruk Pak Ali
5pm - Head back to KL!

Hope this helps those asking.
It was a really light and easy trip as we have three lil boys in tow. They're all grown up and behaving now so trips are nicer now!

Penang2018!!!

This time around we chosed to discover things in Penang. Just a short 3days 2 nights adventure as i hardly ever visited Penang despite of its reputation as a famous foodie location and nice tourist attraction that is pocket friendly. So then we picked 30th November till 2nd December for our short getaway.

Frankly speaking, i think we need 4 to 5 days to discover all, maybe next time as this time around we stayed in Georgetown and covered most of the Northern part of the Island only. I've booked to stay in Northam All Suites Penang, for its location and room price, and it turned out to be really nice. We had a room with a view and a jacuzzi, which everybody loves. Next time maybe we'll stay by the beach.

Well, just to share the pictures there as our family momento and maybe if you would like to have some ideas of what to do in Penang when u visit next time, lets see what we've being up to in Penang! A nice stay to forget a lil of all the hustling and bustling in the city (read office) and a good way to end 2018! all maybe are not in order of our activities but i'll summarize all in the end, inshallah.

We had few stops all the way to Penang. One for breakfast and another was for bathroom and smoking (daddy's stop). It was just a fun drive trip, so we were not really chasing time to arrive.

4. Makan makan spot 2 : Mi Udang Sg Dua

Sg Dua is actually on the peninsular side of Penang. The mee udang was marvellous! Fresh freshwater prawns cooked with a little bit sweet and tangy gravy.sedappp!

4. Our First Ferry ride crossing to Penang :)
Yups. Rm7 per car for a 15mins trip from Butterworth Jetty to Georgetown! The queue was quite long but the ride was interesting.

5. Makan makan spot 3 : Padang Kota Lama!

This one is a must eat spot. Apalagi kalau bukan pasemboq Hussein! the laksa there pun marvellous.
