Penutup 2011 : Retreats, Resolutions and Bola ???

Mmm..for today, lets work on next yrs resolution :)
A good thing kn??

First kena bahagi the resolusion into several criterias..
a) personal achievement
b)career advancement.
c) keharmonian family. Next Mac Insyallah btambah ahlinya :)

Yelah skrg tgh membina family, so that should be one of the major things in life juga.
Byk ni.. kna work on satu persatu kot :)
One at a time. Think big in small portions.
And positive thinking is already half the work.

Well i still have 3 more days to work on this.
Really have to make ALL the resolutions realistic and berjaya!~
That's my first resolution for a start!~

Ok, mlm ni final AFF Suzuki Cup. Malaysia vs Indonesia.
But from the 1st 90min final in Malaysia last Sunday - sy yakin Malaysia boleh mng.
Apatah lg klu kita turunkan keeper klate yg cute tu- Khairul Fahmi. Mmg sure la  :)
Klakar juga bc kenyataan Indonesia yg first 90mins aritu diorg kalah disebabkan laser, and most mengarut : bomoh!~
Alasan kuno!~
Padahal masa Malaysia main kat Stadium Bung Karno on first round aritu pn goalkeeper kita kna laser juga!

Apa2 pn alasan. Malaysia dh pn menang first half of the finals last sunday by 3-0!~

Missed my hubby la..seharian xjmp sb dia g Air Terjun for family day.Sy yg sarat 7bln setengah ni..xmau la ikut sb track dia agak mencabar even for those yg xpregnant.Jadi utk menghilangkan kebosanan sy di hari sabtu; abg hantar ke umah mama. Di sebabkan over penat mlm ni dia tdo je kat umah kami.

Mmm..xbestnya! Mlm ni sy xde bantal made in pasirmas nk buat tido.huwaaa~~

First checkup at Govt Hospital - 24122010

Semalam was my 1st check up at the Hospital.

1st time, sekali dgn nk buat hosp booking.

Isk seram la plak bila mengenangkan due pn dh makin dekat.

And I chose Hosp Putrajaya to follow up check up.

 Yelah, doc klinik yg dok buat monthly check up tu dh buat reference letter and all so kita g la. Doc pn ada pesan soh g follow up check up from now onwards at the hosp jer..as sng if dh nk bersalin nti, diorg dh ada history kita..(yelah mana tau..apa2 complications nti). 

Mmm..check overall OK. ada 2parts la of the check up ; part yg best and part yg xbest!~

Part yg xbest :  

waiting hrs smp 3jam++ dr start regist..smp la selesai check up.Fuhh..lama gila.mcm nk terberanak rasa. Hubby siap bleh nk ttdo kat kerusi menunggu tuh. tgk hubby2 org lain pn tersengguk2 juga..haha~ ibu2 je muka eager nk jmp doc.

Part yg best : 

nurses and doctors hospital ni baik and friendly. w/pn muka mcm xcukup tido, tp lynan ok. check up pn thorough ;) Buatla segala urine, blood pressure test.Berat naik 0.4kg compared to 2wks ago.

Scan baby, nmpk baby dh besar. kepala dh kat bwh..menghala ke pintu..which is good :) Mmm..patutla mcm ada benda kat tgh2 since few weeks. nk jalan pn mcm rs kena kengkang2 sket.kepala baby dh turun rupenye. lain2 - uri OK nmpak kuat. liquor cukup (sblm ni takut xcukup, takut bocor sb slalu rs cm basah).bagus2..i like! :) Baby pn dh besar.Dh 1429g!Yay!~

Hmm tenang sket hati..bkn apa, mcm2 rs takut kita ni xjaga kandungan dgn betul.1st timer la katakan.. kerje lagi, study lagi..sian baby!~

And the best thing was- nmpk clear baby gender!~~ hehe..tp hubby soh rahsiakan dulu (well klu nmpk clear tu org pn dh bleh teka :P) So xpe la..kita rahsiakan dulu. Cari nama2 yg baik utk dia.. 

Mmm..bila baby tendang2 kdg2 dh bleh nmpak elbow or kaki. tp tu main agak2 jela.mana tau betul ke idak itu kakinya kan?hehehe..just enjoying the time you could feel somebody else is living inside of you!~ :)

Next appointment 11/1/2010 @ 32 wks! :)

Byk reason sbnrnya pilih hosp kerajaan berbanding hosp swasta. Wpn entitiled for coverage, sy ttp suka hosp govt!~ 

Antara sb2 nya :

1. Coverage GL- only for RM2k. Klu bersalin normal je kt private pn dh 2k++. Klu kna ceaser ke, nk epidural injection ke..tmbh lg 2-3k.Aish~ Nak buat apa byr byk2 tu.Buat bnd lain yg lbh berfaedah utk baby after birth tu lg bagus.Kat govt, lg byk utilities and specialist utk saat2 complicated and memerlukan pakar.

Tabung darah pn lbh byk. Ni 1st time so, pattern nk bersalin tu xtau la lg cmne nti.seram nye..huhu~

2. Goverment Hospitals skrg pn dh byk improvement compared to masa dulu2. 1st class wards cantik luas and pentingkan privacy(what ppl really want in private hosp). Food pn dh improve. Layanan docs and nurses pn dh friendly. There are even husband friendly hospitals yg benarkan husband masuk delivery room.(which till now i hope my husband could be beside me masa bersalin. but still ragu2 he could do it or not sb dia takut darah..eh bkn takut-cuma seriau!~)

2. Hosp Ptrajaya ialah hosp plg dekat dgn umah kami! Umah mama pn dekat.sng!~

3. Sy krg percaya dgn hosp private. I think they're more profit oriented and not really fully equipped with med equipments. Yups- call me paranoid or wtv- tp sy rasa mereka ini mengejar duit kita.sume nk caj.sket2 kna thn ward..complication sket, dh nk bedah (well surgery kn mahal..so, they could charge us more). tp this is just my own personal opinion.xde kena mengena dgn yg hidup atau pn dh meninggal dunia~~

4. Tp yg xbest nya visiting hrs dia limited sket compared to private hosp.And husband xleh tido kat hosp( which is bgus juga.biarla dia blk tido elok2 kat umah.Esok pg dtg blk.Fresh and wangi!~)

The first few mths was really a mental and physical challenge for me..

Esp masa kna antar g UK for 2wks at week 7 and week 8 of pregnancy. Dgn bau mat salleh yg pelik2, very bad food and testing lab condition.

Macam nk pengsan hari2.

dh la time tu br kawen. honeymoon mode still hot (T_T)...huhu~

but what to do..dh smp sana,baru confirm kn pregnancy. Masa pergi tu xmabuk apa lg.

ok la..

tp the 13hrs flight trip back tu, mcm masuk dlm torture chamber.

dgn food yg alahai..org yg sesak.

on flight toilet yg . . .xmampu nk cerita.

taubat xmo g mana2 klu pregnant atau supected pregnant lg after this.

xpe la..anta la org lain.

sy dok mesia terima report aje pn dh cukup!~

And the 'mabuk' time continues smp dh masuk 4mth++

Bgn2 je dr tido muntah. Nak tido pn muntah. dh la time tu ramadhan.

So byk la juga terkorban puasa ramadhan i.

Mabuk pulak jenis yg xbleh langsung bau apa2 wangi.so tukarla sume bende jd odorless.

yg mcm org pkai nak g haji tu.

dr shower foam, ke shampu, ke bedak, ke deoderant.

sume tukar~

Even sabun basuh kain pn tukar~

Sian hubby time tu - pkai bj bau neutral.

hehe~

Spray umah ambi pure pn off.simpan.xbleh bau.

Mujur masak xde masalah.bleh je bau bwg, tumis2 sume. dptla juga hubby yg berbaju kerja odorless (minyak wangi pn xleh pakai ok?) makan home cooked meal :)

at least..hehe

dlm week 18 br subsides~

And week itu jugala 1wk before raya! Mcm tahu2 jer~

Bleh la enjoy time raya!

Org kata, org lain lain pengalaman mabuk dia.

And alhamdulillah->mine berkubur after week 18!

Yeay!~ 

Masuk second trimester : dh kembali mcm biasa.

Cuma mkn, aduhai...mmg ikut time.7x sehari..xbleh miss.

breakfast, tea, lunch, tea, dinner, supper...and late supper. hehe~

lengkap mcm klu g kursus kat hotel.hehe~

perut mkin besar. tp jalan still laju.

naik tgga 3tingkat.mmg xde hal la..jalan dr RND, g HNT workshop (dh dkt 750m kot)-> patah blk...

g plak mtg kat bangunan planning dlm 750m lg. OK. still maintain.

Tp tu masa tu la.. dlm early 5mths++ ke 6mths. wk 20, 21,22, 23,24,........

Baby active tendang pn jalan stil laju.hehehe~

Masuk week 28. Balik kelate :)

Mak mertua ku nk buat doa selamat & lenggang perut. Yelah..cucu pertama, cicit pertama -> harusla dia  and the whole family sgt2 excited.

Perut pn dh mkin besar + jalan pn agak slow dh. Perjalanan amik masa dlm 9hrs juga la.

Hubby bwk agak laju, tp disebabkan wife kesayangan asyik nk ke toilet, terpaksa la kitorg berenti maybe ever 30mins..nk buat cmne.nature calls.hehehe~

Pantang nmpk stesen minyak. Itulah pitstop F1 kami..hehe~

Sampai2 je Pasir Mas tu..tuhan sj la yg tahu sakit pinggang ni cmne..patutnya co-pilot yg urut driver bila smp.

Tp ni terbalik. terima kaseh abg krn sgt2 baik hati mengurut blkg syg ~

Kaki pn agak bangkak sb duduk lama..water retention kata doctor.

Tp xde la bengkak teruk sgt..alhamdulillah

Mmg agak cepat letih bila dh masuk trimester ke-3 ni.

Now at week 30, looking back- mcm miracle je nk tempoh semua tu semula.

Tp ni baru yg first. Xtahu la brapa kali utk yg akan dtg sanggup nk face all this again. Whhooops!~

To my beatiful baby : Harap bersabar duduk dlm tu till full term ya. Xperlula nk cepat2 sgt keluar dr perut mummy ni. Byk sgt bende2 xelok kat dunia ni berbanding yg elok.huhu~

And all i know for nw is that I'm very2 happy with this baby in my tummy :)

Finally..setelah stuck dgn entry zaman tok kaduk. And this will be my new azam for 2011.
Start blogging (again?~)

Emm..mana nk mula.sedar2 dh hujung thn dh..and 2010 was the most precious year to treasure in my 26yrs of life. Mana x nyer..thn ni-my engagement, my wedding, and even my 7mths lenggang perut majlis took place!~

So no need to elaborate further la how 2010 would be always in my mind..
(not to mention this year juga i met my beloved husband!~ aha..tp cerita tu maybe kemudian kot..)

And to end the year-my dear BFF gv birth to a darling baby boy-which i didnt get the chance to visit yet.gila sucks best friend!~ I'll go!~~ Insyallah this weekend..I promise! v(",)v..

Demi Proton ku sayang..

Today I'm in Nuneaton, Warwickshire UK-day 6 already..away for business affairs. Its 6am in the morning but sun's already out like 3hrs ago..Well summers are always like that and I'm still trying to adjust my time with Maghrib at 9.30pm and Suboh at 2.30am!! Ok la demi Proton yg tercinta..ku heret kaki, beg and hand-carried car parts ke bumi org puteh ni..tggal hubby yg tersayang.Sian dia..hope your doing well dear. I love you so much!! We have plans to go to Wales this morning..so that's great la after 5days stuck in the Mira lab doing engine cooling testing smpai nk muntah...tp xpe demi negara tercinta yg teringin anak2 bangsanya membina kereta turbo sendiri..saya rela.

'twas great yg NO parts designed by me- tercabut during the test. Well exora FL is kinda my baby for now sblm the next project starts.. so good baby..sume OK. For DOM spec at least..now we can sell you in Malaysia :)

Well another 7days to go..tabahla Zahra.
Miss hubby..miss jeruk mangga.Which i crave since day 1 here-lupa pula nk bwk.

To update..and now after 2 and a half years of not updating..I'm finally here.

Now, working as a design engineer in Proton SA. And happily married to hubby; Zulhalimey Zulkipli-my new life begins :)
